Edgecase Appoints Susanne Bowen as CEO

Veteran technology executive will drive next phase of growth as leading retailers turn to Edgecase to inspire and empower shoppers at every digital touchpoint

Ms. Bowen, a 30-year technology veteran and proven CEO, excels at creating high-impact growth strategies that drive rapid market expansion and mainstream adoption of disruptive technologies. As CEO of Edgecase, she will set the company’s strategic vision and scale operations to meet surging demand for the Edgecase offering. Company co-founder and former CEO Garrett Eastham will remain responsible for product and technology innovation as Chief Product Officer.

Ms. Bowen has established herself as an accomplished executive with expertise in building dynamic, technology-enabled businesses. She most recently served as CEO of PeopleAdmin, a leader in cloud-based talent management solutions. Prior to PeopleAdmin, Ms. Bowen served as President and CEO of Nellymoser Inc., a mobile delivery platform, and Chairman and CEO of Webhire Inc., a pioneering talent management solution. Ms. Bowen, who also served as Executive in Residence at venture firm SoftBank Capital, previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Services for Workscape, Inc. She holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
