John is an industry expert and thought leader in retail, eCommerce, and omnichannel. A digital pioneer, John implemented some of the earliest omnichannel retail solutions as part in the Accenture ICE Lab (Internet Center of Excellence), beginning in 1995. For the past several years he has been building and leading teams in analytics, big data, and optimization at two of the leading retailers in digital and omnichannel, Williams-Sonoma and Neiman Marcus. It was in these roles that he developed new industry innovations through alpha partnerships with leading technology companies.
