GroupBy Inc. Acquires Austin-Based Retail Data Enrichment Technology Company, Edgecase

TORONTO, ON — June 5, 2017 — GroupBy Inc. (www.groupbyinc.com), a leading provider of relevancy-focused eCommerce solutions and one of Canada’s fastest growing technology companies, today announced that it has acquired US-based product data enrichment software provider, Edgecase. The acquisition marks the industry’s first integration between an eCommerce search and merchandising provider with a data-driven product intelligence platform creating the most comprehensive cross-channel digital commerce solution to-date.

Terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.
